Combustion System
• Primary Air Intake/Control – regulates air to primary combustion zone and controls burn rate.
• Air Wash Manifold – preheated air is dispersed downward to shield glass from soot particles and keep glass clean.
• Single Air Control – for convenient operation.
• Secondary Air Inlets – preheated air is metered above the primary combustion zone to complete combustion of any unburned gases.
• Refractory Baffle System – slows heated gases to promote complete combustion and efficient heat transfer.
• Primary Combustion Zone – primary combustion of fuel load.
• Supplemental Primary Air – helps promote complete combustion fuel load during final stage of combustion.
• Refractory Liner – promotes higher firebox temperatures for complete combustion.
