Sales Tax & Shipping:
All orders will be billed in full upon our receiving the order. Ohio residents add county sales tax. Product prices include shipping within the continental U.S. only. Orders taken from outside the continental U.S. may incur additional shipping charges. Common carrier shipments include curbside delivery and will require the customer's help in off loading. Depending on the product, we will ship either directly from our stock or from our distributors. Due to the many variables involved with shipping, any quote we provide on time factors is subject to change without notice. We try at all times to provide accurate and timely shipments, but sometimes factors beyond our control will influence shipping times. If you have any questions about the shipping procedures please contact us.
Return Policy:
Any non-custom and non-burned items may be returned, with prior notification to our sales staff, within 30 days of receipt, minus our original shipping and handling costs, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving returned merchandise we will then refund the appropriate amount.
Defective Items:
Common Carrier/Semi-Truck Shipments:
Large items such as wood & pellet stoves or even large pipe orders will ship by common carrier. Damage is rare but does occur. Upon receiving your order, promptly check for shipping damage or defective items. This means opening and thoroughly checking all individual pieces for damage. If damage has occurred during shipment just refuse your shipment, and immediately notify our sales staff. Once the bill of lading is signed the order is yours and Dynamite Buys Ltd. is no longer responsible for the condition of your merchandise. Notification of hidden damage or problems must occur within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. At our discretion, our sales staff will repair, replace, or send new parts at our expense to the customer.
UPS/FedEx Ground Shipments:
If you find your shipped item is damaged, please fill out the Damage Claim form and we will take care of the damage issues for you.
Warranties:
Our sales staff will provide all possible assistance in facilitating all valid manufacturers' warranties. DynamiteBuys.com will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred by the customer in processing of aforementioned warranties. For any warranty questions please contact our sales staff with make, model, serial number, and customer number.

We believe it is important that the information that you supply to us is secure at all times. Therefore, the shopping cart area of our website uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for the encryption of potentially sensitive material such as your name, address, and credit card number. Encrypted information, passed from your computer to our web site, cannot be read in the event that it is intercepted by somebody else.
